Victavio AI can read and edit your files

Victavio AI is the assistant in the chat. Ask it in plain words and it works on the files in your workspace: the bid files Victavio prepared, the forms the buyer attached, and the copies you signed and uploaded. Its answers are short, and you see each change it makes.

What it can do with a file

• Open it and look at the pages. It reads the text and looks at each page as a picture, the way you do. It sees a signature, a blank date line or an empty box.
• Check a signed copy. Upload your signed form and ask "Look good?" It tells you where your signature is. Then it names anything still missing, such as a date or a box you did not tick.
• Change words in a signed copy and keep your signature. Ask it to fix an address, a title or a typo. It saves a new version with the new words and leaves your signature as it was.
• Fill and tick government forms. It fills the boxes on forms such as the SF 1449, the SF 30 amendment form and the representations and certifications, and it ticks the boxes you ask for. It takes your name, address, UEI and CAGE code from your business profile and Business details.
• Answer questions about a file. Ask which pages need a signature, what a clause asks for, or whether your price is the same on every page.

Every change is a new version

Victavio AI never writes over your file. Each change is saved as a new version next to the old one, and the chat shows what changed with an Undo button. You can also open Versions on the bid step and restore an older version.

What it will not do

Some limits are built into Victavio itself, so they hold no matter what anyone types:

• It never signs or dates for you. A change that would touch the ink in a signature area is refused.
• It never adds a date next to a signature line.
• It never adds a Social Security, bank, routing or card number.
• It never sends, submits or pays for you. You press Send or Submit yourself.

Check what matters

Victavio AI can still be wrong. Before you sign or send, read the changed page yourself, and compare anything that matters with the solicitation. Your files are never used to train AI models.

Try it

Open a bid in your pipeline, then open the chat and try:

1. "Open my signed quote. Look good?"
2. "Change the address on my signed copy to Suite 200. Keep my signature."
3. "Tick the small business box on the reps page."
4. "Undo that."

Early access: the Chrome extension

A Victavio extension for Chrome is in early access for invited accounts only. It lets Victavio AI fill a page in your own browser tab while you watch, and you still press Submit. It is not open to everyone yet.
