Each day, Victavio checks new and changed notices and matches them to your business profile. Matching notices land in one of four lanes on your Today page. Each lane asks you to do something different.

The Go lane

Notices that fit your profile well, where you can bid as the prime. Open one, read the fit reasons and the "to confirm" list, and decide. If you will bid, save it to your pipeline and assign an owner.

Challenge it

Notices where the buyer plans to award to one company without competition. If the work is your core work, you can respond before the deadline and ask the buyer to compete it. Victavio shows the response deadline in the buyer's time zone and yours, plus a capability response template you can copy. See Sole-source notices and how to challenge one.

Team up or watch

Notices set aside for a status your business does not hold, such as a certification. You cannot bid as the prime, but you can team with a firm that can, or watch for the award and offer to help the winner. Victavio shows who can bid, and the notice's Past awards section shows firms that won similar work from that buyer. See Set-asides in plain words.

Get noticed early

Sources Sought notices, requests for information and presolicitations. These are early ways to get in front of the buyer, and answering them needs no registration. See Sources Sought: why to answer them.

What Victavio never hides

Victavio does not hide sole-source notices or set-asides you do not hold. They go to their own lanes, so you can see each way in. Award notices are not shown as matches, because no response is possible. You can still find any notice in Explore, whatever its lane.

What Victavio does and does not do

Victavio does:

  • Find notices from SAM.gov (federal) and the Texas ESBD.
  • Score each one for fit, with reasons.
  • Help your team track, assign and prepare bids.

Victavio does not:

  • Submit bids, sign forms, register you anywhere or contact buyers for you. You do those things yourself.
  • Promise awards or predict who will win.
  • Act for the government. Victavio is not a government agency. SAM.gov registration is free.

Keep your lanes accurate

Lanes depend on your profile. If a notice is in the wrong lane, update your profile in Settings, under Workspace: your NAICS codes, keywords, places and the certifications you hold. Victavio rescores your matches after the next sync.
