# Victavio AI usage and top-ups

> Where to see how much Victavio AI your workspace has used this month, how an owner tops up at any time, and how top-up credit works.

Pro and Team include Victavio AI each month: the chat, bid briefs, filling forms and preparing your bid files. Victavio shows how much of it your workspace has used in plain words, such as "About 40% of this month's Victavio AI used." When you need more, a workspace owner can top up at any time, not only when it runs out.

## Where to see your usage

- **The account menu.** On a phone, open More. The Victavio AI line shows how much is used.
- **The chat.** Tap the gauge at the top of the chat panel.
- **Settings, Billing,** under Victavio AI.

## Top up at any time

A workspace owner can top up before or after the month's Victavio AI runs out:

- From the account menu, or More on a phone: Top up Victavio AI.
- From the chat: open the gauge menu and pick Top up Victavio AI. The amounts open right in the chat.
- From Settings, Billing.

Pick $10, $25, $100 or another whole-dollar amount from $10 to $1,000. You pay once, by card, in a secure checkout. It is not a subscription. Your card statement shows VICTAVIO.COM. When you top up from the chat, you come back to the same conversation and can keep going.

Admins and members cannot buy a top-up. They see "Ask your workspace owner to top up."

## How top-up credit works

- Top-up credit is used only after your plan's Victavio AI for the month runs out.
- It carries over from month to month and does not expire.
- Like every Victavio fee, a top-up is final and non-refundable, including any part you have not used, except where the law requires otherwise.

## When you get close

When your workspace has used about 90% of the month's Victavio AI, Victavio shows a short notice and sends one email that month. If it runs out, the chat offers the top-up amounts to owners right where you are. Everything else in Victavio keeps working: search, alerts, your pipeline, your files and your team.

## Today's share

To keep the service steady for everyone, each workspace also has a daily share of Victavio AI. If you reach it, the chat says when it starts again, for example "It starts again at 7:00 PM CT." Top-up credit counts toward today's share too, so a top-up you just bought works right away.

## Keep your records

Victavio does not email a receipt for a top-up. Each top-up shows in Settings, Billing, and your card statement shows the charge. Keep a record of each one with your other business expenses, the way the IRS asks small businesses to keep records.

## What uses Victavio AI

Questions in the chat, the plain-English brief on a bid, preparing your bid files, and changes to your files all use some of your monthly Victavio AI. Reading a notice, saving bids and moving them in your pipeline do not.
