# Victavio: Find Government Contracts. Win.

> Tell us what you do. Every day we match new federal and Texas notices to your business and score each one from 0 to 100 with the reasons. You decide. You click Submit.

Federal (every agency on SAM.gov) plus Texas, plus 299 state and local sources.

## Let Victavio AI do the bid work.

It finds the bids that fit you, reads every file, fills the forms and checks everything before you sign. You stay in charge and press Submit.

**Ask Victavio AI.** Ask about open bids on the home page, like "Janitorial bids in Dallas due this month". Free to try: 3 questions a day, no account needed. Public bid data only.

## What Victavio AI does for you

Ask in plain words. Victavio AI does the slow parts of a bid with you, and you make every call.

- **Finds the bids.** Every notice on SAM.gov, plus Texas state, county, city and school bids. Ask in your own words, like "janitorial in Texas".
- **Reads every file.** It reads the notice and every attachment, then answers your questions in plain English.
- **Fills the forms.** It preps your bid to the point of signing: the SF 1449, SF 30, reps and certs and your quote, with every place to sign marked.
- **Checks everything.** Before you sign, it checks your papers against SAM.gov and your profile: address, CAGE code and signer.
- **Does what you ask.** Say "make me the signer" or "change this word". It edits your signed copy and keeps your signature. Say "undo" to take it back.
- **Portal sign up help.** It helps you fill vendor registration forms on bid portals while you watch. You type your own password and press Submit.
- **Bring your own AI.** Already use an AI assistant? Connect it to Victavio through MCP and work your bids from there.
- **Chrome extension, early access.** Victavio AI sees the bid portal page you have open and fills it in. You check it and press Submit. Invited users only for now.

You stay in charge. Victavio never signs, submits, pays or emails a buyer for you.

## See the money first

Type what your business does and your state. The panel on the home page shows open SAM.gov bids that match, what work like that was awarded for in the last 12 months, and the Victavio AI picking the best fit with its reasons. Every figure is a real SAM.gov figure with its source, or it is labeled Example.

The money map shows where SAM.gov awards were made recently, by place of performance, with a state picker and links to the award notices.

The price scale puts Pro’s monthly price next to real awards in everyday work. Past awards are not a promise of future work.

Inside Victavio is a 30-second recording of the real app in an Example workspace on real SAM.gov notices: a plain-English search, a bid with its AI brief, the Victavio AI moving it on a team board while a teammate works live, and a cover letter on the company letterhead.

## SAM.gov is just the start: state boards and your local portals too.

More than 91,000 local governments buy goods and services, and most post bids on their own portals. Connect the portals you use. Victavio AI walks you through each sign up and fills in your company details while you watch. You type your own password and click Submit. Then the bid alerts land on your board, scored for fit.

Where Victavio reads bids today:

- **Live now:** Federal (every agency on SAM.gov), Texas ESBD, 298 state and local sources
- **Connect your portal:** 273 local buyers whose portals email their bid alerts
- **Coming soon:** 350 more state and local buyers we are adding

State bid boards live now: Arkansas, Arizona, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, New York, Puerto Rico, Texas, Washington.

- **Connect your portals.** Pick the city, county, school district and state portals you sell to. We show you where each one signs up vendors.
- **Victavio AI fills it in.** It types your company details and picks your work categories while you watch. You check every field.
- **You stay in charge.** You click Submit. If you save a portal login, only you can use it and Victavio AI never sees it. Victavio never solves CAPTCHAs.

Local governments: U.S. Census Bureau, Census of Governments, 2025 update. [census.gov](https://www.census.gov/library/publications/2026/econ/govtorg2225.html)

## Your team and your AI, on one live board.

Drag a bid from Found to Submitted and everyone sees it move. You see your teammates’ cursors as they work, and you see Victavio AI when it does something for you.

- **Drag and drop.** Move a bid to the next stage with one drag, on a computer or a phone.
- **See each other live.** Named cursors show who is working where, like a shared doc.
- **Click to open and edit.** Open any card to read the notice, check the dates and edit the details.

## Three steps. You stay in charge of each one.

1. **Tell us what you do.** Describe your work in plain words. We suggest NAICS codes, and you pick your states, set-asides and keywords. "I don't know" is fine. You can change everything later.
2. **We find and score the bids.** Every day we add new federal notices from SAM.gov, from every agency on SAM.gov. We add Texas notices from the ESBD too. We score each one against your profile from 0 to 100 and tell you why. For federal bids, we show what agencies paid for similar work before, from USAspending.gov. SAM.gov is just the start: connect your city, county and school district portals, and their bid alerts land on your board too.
3. **You and your team decide. You submit.** Save the bids worth chasing, assign them, and track each one from Found to Submitted. Deadlines show the buyer's time zone and yours. When you are ready, you click Submit on the buyer's own site.

## Everything between "I found a bid" and "I clicked Submit."

- **Find bids that fit, in plain words.** Search by keyword, NAICS code, PSC, agency, state, set-aside, notice type and dates. Or type what you want, like "IT help desk bids in Texas due this month," and we turn it into filters you can see and change. Save a search and we email you new matches.
- **Know what a bid asks for before you spend a day on it.** On Pro and Team, an AI brief reads the notice for you: what they want, key dates, requirements, and how they choose if the notice says. Every line ends with the exact words it came from, and our code checks each one. If the notice doesn't say, the brief says "Not stated".
- **Never miss a date or a change.** Every deadline shows the buyer's time zone and yours, and reminders arrive by email before it is due. When a buyer changes a notice, Victavio flags it, so you never work from an old version.
- **See why each bid fits.** A fit score from 0 to 100 with the reasons and what to confirm, and four lanes so nothing you could pursue is hidden. A score, not a prediction.
- **Work every bid with your team.** A shared pipeline, comments with @mentions, a live activity feed, and who is looking at a bid right now.
- **See who won before.** For federal bids, past awards from USAspending.gov: how many, how much, and who won them.

## For everyday people who want a piece of the work.

- **Moms and dads.** Cleaning, landscaping, catering or repair work you can run around the school day. Check new bids in your trade from your phone in a few minutes.
- **Students and YouTube learners.** Learning government contracting? Practice on real open notices, read the free lessons, and see what agencies actually paid.
- **Side hustlers.** A skill and a few hours a week is a start. The free readiness check lists the steps in order, from a free EIN to SAM.gov registration, which is also free.
- **Small businesses.** IT, facilities, trades, staffing and consulting firms of 2 to 25 people. One workspace, a role for each person and a shared live board.

It's not for you if:

- You want someone to submit, sign or register for you. We never do. You click Submit.
- You want an income promise. We don't make one, and you should be careful of anyone who does.
- Your bid needs classified, CUI or export-controlled files. Keep those in your own compliant system. Victavio is not built to hold them.
- You only need a SAM.gov registration. That's free at SAM.gov, and you don't need us for it.

## What we never do

- Submit a bid for you.
- Sign or certify anything for you.
- Register you on SAM.gov or any portal.
- Ask for your SAM.gov, Login.gov or portal passwords.
- Email a buyer for you.

## Questions

### Is Victavio part of the government or SAM.gov?

No. Victavio is software made by Kilobytez LLC, a private company in Texas. We are not a government agency and are not connected to SAM.gov or any agency. SAM.gov registration is free, and the government says any site that asks you to pay for it is not a government site ([GSA Federal Service Desk](https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0016309)).

### Do I need a business or a SAM.gov registration to start?

No. You can create a free account and read live bids today. To submit most federal offers, you need an active SAM.gov registration, which is free. Allow at least 10 business days after you submit it. Answering a Sources Sought or an RFI usually doesn't require one, and those answers can get you noticed by the buyer early. Not sure where you stand? Take the [free readiness check](https://victavio.com/readiness).

### Which bids do you cover?

Federal notices from every agency on SAM.gov, from SAM.gov's public daily file, plus Texas notices from the ESBD, plus the state and local sources named on our [Coverage](https://victavio.com/coverage) page. SAM.gov is just the start: that page labels each state and local buyer Live now, Connect your portal or Coming soon from its last check. We add a source only when its rules allow it. Tell us which ones you need, and we'll use that to decide what to add next.

### Can Victavio get bids from my city, county or school district?

Yes, through your own portals. SAM.gov is just the start. Connect the city, county, school district and state portals you sell to. Victavio AI walks you through each vendor sign up while you watch, and you type your own password and click Submit. Then connect your inbox, and the bid alerts those portals send you land on your board, scored for fit. Those bids stay private to your workspace. The [Coverage](https://victavio.com/coverage) page labels each buyer Live now, Connect your portal or Coming soon.

### How does Victavio decide if a bid fits me?

From your profile. Matching NAICS codes count most, then the words you use to describe your work, the set-asides you hold, the places you work, and how much time is left to respond. You see a fit score from 0 to 100 with every reason, plus the things we can't know for you, like whether your SAM.gov registration is active.

### Does Victavio predict whether I will win?

No, and be careful with anyone who says they can. The fit score shows how well a bid matches your profile and why. It is not a prediction, and it is not proof that you are eligible. You decide which bids to pursue.

### Will Victavio submit my bid for me?

No. You click Submit on the buyer's own site, from your own account. Victavio never submits, signs, certifies, registers you anywhere, or contacts a buyer for you.

### How does the AI work, and can I trust it?

On Pro and Team, AI writes a plain-English brief for a bid, and the Victavio Assistant answers your questions on every page. The free trial includes the same AI. Every line about a notice quotes the exact words it came from, and our code checks that each quote is really in the notice. Lines that fail the check are dropped. If the notice doesn't say, the answer says so. AI can still be wrong, so check anything you rely on against the notice. Your data is never used to train AI models. Read our [Data and AI Policy](https://victavio.com/legal/data-and-ai).

### Can my team use Victavio together?

Yes. Invite teammates by email and give each one a role: owner, admin, member or viewer. Everyone sees the same pipeline, a live feed of who did what, and who is looking at a bid right now. Assign bids, and use @mentions in comments. Pro includes 2 seats and Team includes 3, with more available up to 10. Viewers are free up to your plan's limit.

### Do you bid against me?

Sometimes, yes. Kilobytez LLC, the company behind Victavio, also bids on government work, mostly information technology work for federal and Texas buyers. So we made promises: Kilobytez never uses your data, or anything our staff see in Victavio, in its bids. Kilobytez uses Victavio as an ordinary customer, in its own workspace, with the same isolation as every other customer. Victavio never shows a customer who else is pursuing a bid. When our support staff open your workspace, they must record a reason, and the visit is logged. Read the full [Support Access and Conflict Disclosure](https://victavio.com/legal/support-access).

### What does it cost, and can I cancel?

Creating an account is free. Using Victavio starts with a 72-hour free trial of every feature. Pro is $99 a month. Team is $249 a month with 3 seats, and extra seats are $49 a month each, up to 10 seats. Pro and Team start with a 72-hour free trial: a card is required, and your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Cancel any time in Settings, Billing, in two taps. Your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for. No refunds.

Victavio is a Kilobytez LLC product.
Not a government agency. SAM.gov registration is free.
